Subject: Announcement of CCAO Area Manager

I am very pleased to announce the selection of Bill Gray as the new Area Manager for the Columbia Cascades Area Office.  Bill brings a wealth of Reclamation experience to his new duties, having previously served in various positions.  For the last 11 years he has been the Manager of the Ephrata Field Office, during which time he has also worn the hat of Assistant and Deputy Area Manager.  In short, he knows our business from top to bottom and is well respected by the customers we serve.

Bill will officially become the Area Manager on January 4th.  His tentative plans are to physically arrive in Yakima the following week.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Dawn Wiedmeier for having served for the past few months as the Acting Area Manager.  She has done a fine job and has moved CCAO forward during this time of transition.

Please join me in welcoming Bill to his new job and thanking Dawn for her service to the area office.
