David Felman has worked for the Sunnyside Valley Irrigation District (SVID) since 2006 and has served as the Secretary/Manager since 2023.
With nearly two decades of expertise in irrigation engineering and management, David has managed the districts water conservation program and modernized key SCADA infrastructure.
His leadership ensures sustainable water management for the Yakima Valley, supported by his dedication to efficiency and strategic planning.
Outside of work, David enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife Sabrina and their daughter Lyla.
