Shane is a native of Arizona and represents the 4th generation of his family working in water resource management.
With a degree from the Morrison School of Agribusiness and Resource Management, Arizona State University, he has spent more than 3 decades operating in Western water and energy policy/management.
Shane is currently the Secretary/District Manager for Kennewick Irrigation District in Kennewick representing 80,000 agricultural, residential, municipal, and industrial customers.
